Description

Created by MORDEKAI exclusively for ModernTribe, this 8-station necklace is part of the Heart Star of David Collection. Each motif is made of six heart-shaped gemstones arranged into a subtle geometric star. From the front, the heart-shaped stones create an elegant motif that doesn’t immediately read as a traditional Jewish symbol. Turn the piece over and a classic Star of David is revealed within each setting.

Eight white topaz stars are stationed along the chain for all-over sparkle. It's a showpiece on its own, delicate enough to layer, and pairs beautifully with the matching studs. Stunning for every occasion from the High Holidays to daily wear. Available in sterling silver or 24k gold vermeil.

MORDEKAI, the “Jeweler to the Stars,” is an American jewelry brand known for bold, glamorous statement pieces that blend symbolism, wit and unexpected design. Designer Ken Hananya Borochov was born in Jerusalem, raised in Los Angeles and honed his craft at Céline, Lanvin, Chloé and Christian Dior before founding MORDEKAI in 2009, named for his father. His pieces have been worn by Beyoncé, Madonna, Lady Gaga and Cher. For this collection he took his signature hearts and colored gemstones and turned them into the Star of David.

MORDEKAI is an American jewelry brand founded in 2009 by Israeli designer Ken Hananya Borochov and named for his father, now based in Miami Beach. Rooted in Jewish identity, symbolism and a love of unapologetic glamour, MORDEKAI creates statement jewelry designed to be seen.

Ken was born in Jerusalem, raised in Los Angeles and trained in New York and Paris, where he worked for Céline, Lanvin, Chloé and Christian Dior before launching his own line.

Handmade in Los Angeles, the collections blend bold symbolism, sculptural design and a maximalist point of view across 24k gold-dipped fashion jewelry and fine jewelry. From modern interpretations of Jewish symbols to colorful gemstones, crowns and larger-than-life statement pieces, each design celebrates identity, individuality and self-expression.

MORDEKAI has been worn by icons including Beyoncé, Madonna, Lady Gaga, Cher, Bad Bunny and Jennifer Lopez, and featured in Vogue, The New York Times, W and Harper's Bazaar.

At ModernTribe you'll find his Heart Star of David Collection, created exclusively for us: stud earrings, pendant necklaces, bracelets and station necklaces where six heart-shaped gemstones form a Star of David, with a classic star hidden on the back.

Jewish roots. American glamour. Jewelry made to be seen.
