Where is my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 1–2 business days for fulfillment, and a little longer during the holidays.

For some made-to-order items, a shipping label is created before the item is finished, so your tracking may show a label for a few days before it actually moves. That's normal — it will update once the piece is on its way.

If your tracking hasn't moved yet, don't panic. Some packages are not scanned right away so the carriers can get them moving faster. Still worried? Email us and we will track it down.

Can I make a change to my order?

Yes — for 30 minutes after you place it. Click the edit button in your order to change or cancel it yourself.

After that we have usually started packing, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations. Email us or call 877-324-1818 right away with your order number and we will do our best. If it has already shipped, you can return it.

My item arrived damaged or wrong

We are so sorry — and we will make it right. Send us a photo and we will replace the item or refund you.

Usually you don't need to send anything back. If we do need the item returned, we pay the return postage and handling.

Where do you ship from?

Most orders ship from our Ohio warehouse, though some items come directly from the artist. A few items ship from Israel and are noted in the item description.

What does shipping cost?

Ground shipping is a flat $9.95 to any one continental U.S. address, and free on orders over $99. Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

Need it faster? Overnight (1 business day) is $89.95, Rush (2 business days) is $49.95 and Expedited (3–4 business days) is $29.95. Order by 11 AM ET and express orders go out the same day. See all shipping options ›

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide by USPS, priced by weight and address at checkout. Expect about 3–21 business days, or 10–15 business days to Canada, plus time in customs. Express options are available but expensive.

Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility. We temporarily do not ship to the EU due to recent tariff changes. More on international shipping ›

What is your return policy?

Return unused items within 30 days for a refund (less a $10 shipping and handling fee), or choose store credit and we waive the fee. Up to 60 days, we can offer store credit.

Can I order a gift?

Yes, and we make it easy. We never include prices on packing slips, and you can add a free gift note at checkout.

Of course. Enter their address at checkout and add a free gift note. Shipping to more than one address? Please place a separate order for each.
