We offer overnight, 2-day and 3–4 day express options, plus international shipping. See rates
*Free Ground Shipping applies only to continental U.S. addresses shipping to one address. Gift cards do not apply to the order minimum.
How long does ground shipping take?
Most orders arrive in 3–7 business days after an order has been fulfilled. Ground Shipping is usually via USPS but may vary based on the weight of the package. Use the map to estimate how many business days your package will take.
Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Some orders are not scanned initially when they ship to save the carriers time. This is an effort to get you your package as soon as possible, so please be patient with your order time. Some items take longer to fulfill; please refer to the item description for details.

Please add 1–2 business days for packaging and fulfillment. This may be longer during busy holiday times. If you need an item by a certain day, please choose a rush shipping option.
Expedited shipping (U.S.)
If you must get a package by a certain date, choose expedited delivery. We offer expedited shipping for the lower 48 states only.

Overnight Shipping

Order by 11 AM ET, Monday–Friday, and express shipments go out the same day. Packages do not go out on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays (including 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, etc.). Some items cannot be rush shipped.
Days are business days. Express shipments are not delivered on Saturday or Sunday. For example, if you choose Overnight Delivery after 11 AM ET on Thursday, your package will ship Friday and be delivered on the next business day, Monday.
Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories
Ground shipping to non-continental U.S. addresses is priced by weight and calculated at checkout. This includes:

International shipping
We temporarily do not offer shipping to the EU due to recent tariff changes.
Canada
- Ground ships by USPS Priority International, priced by weight and address at checkout. We simply charge what the postage costs us.
- We don't ship First Class to Canada because it has no tracking. Priority International is the most economical tracked option, but also the slowest.
- USPS takes about 10–15 business days to most locations, and may take longer around the holidays or while clearing customs.
- Express is available via USPS, FedEx and UPS International (Economy, Priority and First), calculated at checkout. These are very expensive, sorry!
Worldwide
- We ship worldwide through USPS First Class, Priority or Priority Express, priced by weight and address at checkout.
- USPS takes about 3–21 business days. Shipping time is not guaranteed and may run longer while clearing customs.
- Express is available via USPS, FedEx and UPS International (Economy, Priority and First), plus DHL options to Australia, calculated at checkout. These are very expensive, sorry!
Good to know for all international orders
- Sometimes people get charged customs on shipments, which is your responsibility to pay (sorry about this!).
- If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, we will refund the items but not the original shipping charge.
- We cannot offer paid return postage for international shipments, and we do not guarantee shipping time on international orders.
- We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for certain products or excessive poundage.
After you order
Can I make a change to my order?
You can edit or cancel an order for 30 minutes after it's placed by clicking the edit button in the order. We aim to fulfill orders as soon as possible and can't guarantee changes or cancellations after that. Need a change after the allotted time? Contact us as soon as possible.
Once it ships
You'll get a confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way. Once an order has shipped, it's too late to make changes. For some custom items we send tracking before the items are ready, so check the item description for fulfillment time. Some items, including some jewelry and smash glass gifts, require a signature on delivery.
