How Long Does Ground Shipping Take?
Use this map to estimate the business days a package will take to arrive to you via Ground Shipping. Most orders will arrive in 3-5 business days after an order has been placed. Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Some items have longer for fulfillment, please refer to the item description for any details.

Expedited Shipping: US Addresses
If you must get a package by a certain date, choose expedited, guaranteed delivery. The exact cost is based on package weight and zip code and will be calculated for you during checkout. We have a handy shipping calculator for you during checkout that will show you all the options and all the exact prices based on your order weight to your address. Here are ballpark estimates for you:
- Standard Overnight (delivery by next business evening) -- $35+
- First Overnight (delivery by next business morning), and -- $45+
- Express 2 Day (2 business days) -- $20-$30
- Express Saver 3 Day (3-4 business days) -- $15-$25
- Choose expedited shipping options during checkout and exact and true costs (based on weight and zip code) will be calculated for you there.
Please note: Express Shipments will ship out the same day if they are made before 1 PM EST Monday - Friday. Packages do not go out on Saturdays or Sundays. DAYS ARE BUSINESS DAYS. EXPRESS SHIPMENTS ARE NOT DELIVERED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.
Overnight Delivery: U.S. Addresses Only
Standard Overnight is delivery by the next business evening. First Overnight is delivery by 10:30 AM, the next business day. Charge for Overnight is calculated for you during checkout and is usually $35 or more.
If you choose Overnight Delivery after 1 PM ET on Thursday, your package will ship Friday but will be delivered on the next business day, which will be Monday. If you must have Saturday delivery, please call us and we can adjust your shipping charge for Saturday delivery (this is expensive).
International Shipping
CANADA
GROUND shipments to Canada are by USPS Priority International and cost about $29.95. The exact price is based on weight and address and will be calculated for you during checkout. We are simply charging you what it costs us for postage to ship to Canada. We do not ship first class to Canada, as there is no tracking. USPS Priority International is the most economical way to get packages to you with tracking.
United States Post Office can take about 10 business days to most locations. But it may take longer. Also, your shipment may have to clear customs which may cause additional delay. And, yes, sometimes people get charged customs on shipments which is your responsibility to pay (sorry about this!). Also, please note, we cannot offer paid return postage for international shipments.
We now offer Express International Shipping via USPS and FedEx International: Economy, Priority, and First. Cost will be calculated for you during checkout. These Express International Shipping methods are very expensive, sorry!
We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for certain products or excessive poundage.
WORLD-WIDE INTERNATIONAL
We do ship world-wide, GROUND international shipments will be through USPS Priority International, which is the only reasonably priced international shipping option. The cost is about $28, but the exact cost will be calculated for you during checkout and is based on weight and address. United States Post Office can take about 10 business days to most locations. But it may take longer. Also, your shipment may have to clear customs which may cause additional delay. And, yes, sometimes people get charged customs on shipments which is your responsibility to pay (sorry about this!). Shipping Procedure
Once your items have shipped, you can expect a confirmation email from us letting you know that your order is on its way. For some custom items, send the tracking information before the items are ready to ship so please refer to the item description for fulfillment time.
