Your satisfaction is our top priority. Below is our return policy to make sure you're happy with your purchase:
- If you'd like to make a return, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 calendar days of receipt and we'll be happy to issue a refund.
- Past 30 days? Return items up to 60 days for a store credit.
- If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will pay for your return postage. Either contact us to create a label for you or use our self-serve method and we will refund you for your return-postage cost.
- If you are returning an item that is not damaged, defective or a wrong item, please ensure the item is new, unused, and with all its parts, accessories, and packaging in order to receive full credit.
- Note: Special order items, select seasonal items and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless an item is damaged or defective.
- U.S. returns accepted only at this time.
- Go to our Return Management System to notify us of your return. You can purchase a label using this system. We will refund your return postage if your return is due to damage, defect, or if you received the wrong item.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging and mail it. Enclose the original packing slip with the item. We recommend packages valued $50+ be shipped with tracking and insurance.
- Get your refund! You can expect a refund in the same form as the original payment or a store credit within 2 business days of us receiving your returned item. You will be refunded for the purchase price of the items returned. Your original shipping cost is not refunded unless the return is for a damaged or defective item or item received in error. And yes! We will gladly exchange a gift or give your gift recipient a store credit.
