RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority.  Below is our return policy to make sure you're happy with your purchase:

  • If you'd like to make a return, simply return the unused item(s) to us within 30 calendar days of receipt and we'll be happy to issue a refund for the item cost less the original shipping fee (if applicable) and a $10 shipping and handling fee on the original payment method or a store credit and we waive the $10 fee.
  • Past 30 days? Return items up to 60 days for a store credit.
  • Gifts can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will pay for your return postage and handling. 
  • If you are returning an item that is not damaged, defective or a wrong item, please ensure the item is new, unused, and with all its parts, accessories, and packaging in order to receive full credit.
  • Note: Special order items, food, select seasonal items and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless an item is damaged or defective.
  • U.S. returns accepted only at this time. 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Click on the image above to launch or returns portal. Please have your order number and shipping zip code ready.
  2. Download a USPS shipping label or QR code. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and mail it. Enclose the original packing slip with the item. 
  3. Get your refund! You can expect a refund in the same form as the original payment or a store credit within 10 business days of us receiving your returned item. You will be refunded for the purchase price of the items returned less a $10 shipping and handling fee. Your original shipping cost and return shipping cost is not refunded unless the return is for a damaged or defective item or item received in error. And yes! We will gladly exchange a gift or give your gift recipient a store credit.
