These candles are hand-dipped in Tzfat, the mystical, kabbalistic holy city in northern Israel. The Safed Candle Factory got its start in the early 1990s within the Breslov Chassidic community as a way to create local employment, working near the historic Ari Ashkenazi Synagogue. Each swirling, one-of-a-kind candle brings a little piece of Tzfat to your table.
