Description

Experience the beauty of the Blox Menorah by Chai Modern in Sky. Composed of five ceramic blocks, this menorah dons a deep blue hue, akin to the captivating evening sky. Its dark blue color exudes a sense of calm and tranquility, enhancing the ambience of your surroundings.

Chai Modern products are carefully checked for quality and consistency. Due to their handmade nature, slight color and shape variations add to their uniqueness. They hope you enjoy each Chai Modern piece as much as they have enjoyed creating it.

Chai Modern's ceramic products are fired at high temperatures for strength. Occasionally, tiny hair-line cracks may appear, but they don't affect the product's quality. Candle holder sizes may vary slightly, and they recommend securing candles with melted wax. To remove wax residue, soak the holder in hot water and wipe gently. Please use dripless candles.

Chai Modern is a Cape Town design studio that makes traditional Judaica in a simple, fresh and modern way. The name is the idea: chai means life, and the studio sets out to bring that to modern Jewish families. Everything is made in South Africa and shipped around the world.

Its collections carry Yiddish names like Mensch, Chutzpah, Oy Vey and Zilch, and are worked in ceramic, wood and metal, acrylic, eco resin and wire, from menorahs, candlesticks and challah boards to seder plates, matzah covers and tallit bags. Chai Modern pieces have also been sold by the Jewish Museum shop in New York and by Maisonette.
