Mila & Rose

Mila & Rose was named for a little girl who wanted to twirl, and the whole line still takes its cue from her.

John and Rachel founded the brand for their daughter Mila Rose, joined later by her sister Zuri, with a simple brief: clothes that feel joyful to put on. The signature is the Twirl Dress, cut so it flares properly when a four year old spins, in fabric soft enough that nobody argues about wearing it. Everything is designed around cuteness, comfort and a price that does not make you wince when it is outgrown in a year.

Orders ship from their own warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas, packed in eco-friendly mailers made from corn starch. The Hanukkah prints are the reason we carry them: menorahs, dreidels and Stars of David scattered across twirl dresses, rompers and matching sets, in a palette that reads festive rather than costume.
