Lynn Factor Designs is the pin shop of Aubrey Isaacman, who describes herself as a game designer by day and an enamel pin designer by night. "Lynn Factor" is the online handle she uses across her game work and her shops. She holds a BA in Games and Playable Media from UC Santa Cruz and an MFA in Interactive Media and Game Design from USC.
The Jewish pins come from her own communities. She co-chairs the International Game Developers Association's Jewish Developers special interest group and volunteers with her local queer Jewish community.
ModernTribe carries her hard-enamel pins with raised black nickel lines: a one-inch Star of David in rainbow Pride stripes, the same star in trans flag colors, and a rainbow hamantasch that works for Purim or Pride. They're small enough for a lanyard or a denim jacket and bold enough to start a conversation.
