Hineni

Hineni means "here I am" in Hebrew, and co-founders Brandy Mitnick and Julia Zuroff built their Hebrew necklaces around that promise to show up.

Brandy Mitnick and Julia Zuroff met at a Shabbat dinner at Columbia University, and within five months they had summited Kilimanjaro together. The brand takes its name from the Hebrew word hineni, "here I am," a pledge to show up for yourself and the people you love. At ModernTribe you'll find the Hineni Signature Necklace and custom Hebrew name necklaces in sterling silver, gold vermeil or 14k solid gold, and the Everyday Pearl Chai in sterling silver or gold vermeil. The founders have described the business as bootstrapped, with proceeds going to nonprofit partners focused on healing in the Jewish community, including Jewish Women International.
