I'm a preschool teacher who expected this book to be more like the original Very Hungry Caterpillar. I believe that children in the age group this is meant for would be disappointed in the book. No holes as the caterpillar eats, and no transformation!
When I wrote to ask about returning it, the process and cost made it not worth the bother.
I've been happy with other Modern Tribe products, but to me, this was a failure, and I didn't read it to the children.
