I did not know when I purchased this puzzle that the pieces would be so unusually shaped (see photo for examples)-- it adds an extra challenge to this already difficult puzzle, thanks to all the blue space. I really enjoyed it ! The pieces are nice and sturdy, so I'm sure I will be able to solve this many times over.
