Chai Modern's ceramic products are fired at high temperatures for strength. Occasionally, tiny hair-line cracks may appear, but they don't affect the product's quality. Candle holder sizes may vary slightly, and they recommend securing candles with melted wax. To remove wax residue, soak the holder in hot water and wipe gently. Please use dripless candles.
