Wonderful product

I haven't used the product yet but I am really looking forward to as I have been waiting this product for a long time.

Great idea, poor execution

Loved the idea of this tool. But the forked design was not effective for removing wax. A design more similar to a curved cuticle pusher would be far better. Additionally, the “fork” separated from the handle almost immediately on use. I ended up purchasing a metal cuticle tool and retired the menorah pick. It’s attractive but absolutely not up to the job.

Not strong enough

If you use anything more than light force when using this to clean wax from a menorah, the metal will bend and break. Good concept, but needs stronger material.
