This elegant menorah boasts an innovative design featuring delicate cutout pomegranate branches, dots, and flowers, all intricately crafted from stainless steel. The base of the menorah bears the sacred words, "These candles are holy," infusing your Hanukkah celebrations with a deep sense of reverence. Adding to its charm, the reed-shaped bases are designed to resemble hollow grenades and serve as stable platforms for lighting Hanukkah candles. Dorit Judaica is the work of Dorit Klein, a seventh-generation Israeli who painted from a young age and spent many years in commercial graphic design before turning to her real love, Jewish art.
She weaves Jewish texts, blessings and prayers into her designs, pairing traditional paper-cut style patterns with modern laser cutting. The result is bold and colorful but rooted in tradition, across menorahs, mezuzahs, seder plates, Shabbat candlesticks, challah trays and home blessing wall hangings, with floral and pomegranate motifs running through much of the line.
It's also a workplace with a conscience: Dorit employs workers with special needs through Supported Employment to help complete her pieces.
