Silver Square Saturn Dreidel by Laura Cowan
Description
This sleek, modern Hannukah dreidel was designed using Laura Cowan’s signature themes of discs and cones inspired by the rings of the planet Saturn. It’s defined shape drew inspiration from the Hannukah story where a small band of men overcame a powerful army. They achieved the impossible, squaring the circle, as it were. The dreidel has been created in matte anodized aluminum with a brushed finish center disc. The parts are attached by tiny screws and bolts. It is fully functional for a traditional game of dreidel, as well as a striking statement piece for your modern Judaica collection.

More about Laura Cowan
Many of Laura's Judaica designs are inspired by the Sixties mission to land a man on the moon. Although this was achieved even before Laura was born, she was fascinated by the hype and excitement generated by the race to the moon. Laura also loves the irony of a futuristic design based on what is now history. Combining this with her Jewish upbringing and identity, Laura has produced many stunning pieces of modern Judaica.
