A little forbidden fruit, now in wax. This Red Apple Candle brings a touch of fairy-tale charm to any space, just in time for Rosh Hashanah. Crisp, bold, and hand-poured, it's a sweet nod to the season of apples and honey and a lovely way to wish someone a shana tova. Since each one is poured by hand, no two apples in the orchard are exactly alike.

  • Scented with apple harvest essential oils
  • Measures 3.25" x 3.25" x 3"

Hand-poured produce-shaped candles

Scandles is a Los Angeles candle studio, founded in 2020, that makes candles in the shape of farmers market produce. Each one is hand-poured from 100% soy wax into custom molds made from real fruits and vegetables, then scented to match, so the lineup reads like a grocery haul: heirloom tomatoes, lemons, pears, avocados and gourds, plus eggs, butter and Swiss cheese. The candles are vegan, cruelty-free and non-toxic, and ship in recyclable packaging.

For Rosh Hashanah, ModernTribe has carried the Shana Tova apple candles in red and green, scented Apple Harvest, a playful stand-in for apples and honey that is almost too cute to light.
