Rosh Hashanah Gift

My initial order was processed and notification of shipping was received. The next day I get an email telling me the item was out of stock and I would have to reorder. I had wanted 2 day delivery to get it there by Friday. I selected the substitute and expected it to be there by Friday. It arrived on Monday. Not the service I had expected.
