Very cute but it only will attach to a tiny tiny thin width collar. I had to use a pony tail to fasten it to my dogs collar because the velcro straps wouldn't even reach the ends of one side of the collar let alone wrap around. If the collar is more than 1.5cm wide be prepared to do the same.
