Broken and they will not replacer refund

My item arrived with broken glass. I have made several phone call attempts and no answer. I emailed several times and finally got the response that i should be getting a return label in a few days - that was 2 week ago! This is more of a scam than anything. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS MODEREN TRIBE SITE! AWFUL!!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
