Jonathan and his team designed and sculpted the prototype for the Brass Bird Menorah by hand in their Soho studio. Sand-cast in solid brass and polished to perfection by hand, Jonathan Adler's Brass Bird Menorah is jaw-dropping-ly gorgeous. Give the Brass Bird Menorah as a gift this season, or wow your in-laws with your own festive display.
Like a fine wine or your favorite leather jacket, our brass only gets better with age. Over time, the polished brass will develop a rich natural patina. If desired, use a microfiber cloth to buff out fingerprints. If you have no patience for patina, use a brass polish.

Jonathan Adler is a potter, designer and author whose brand began when Barneys bought his pots in 1993. Five years later he opened his first store in SoHo. His look is happy, glamorous and a little irreverent: interiors that are seriously designed but don't take themselves too seriously.
His Judaica follows the same rule. At ModernTribe you'll find his matte white porcelain Dachshund Menorah, a very long menorah for a very long dog, and his Elephant Menorah, a playful mid-century take on an animal form. The collection has also included the Vienna Menorah, hand-cast in solid brass from clay models sculpted in his SoHo studio, plus mezuzahs, dreidel ornaments and a seder plate.
