Wanted to love it but disappointing

I purchased this as a gift, but was very disappointed by the functionality. The holes for installation were incredibly tiny, plus they were already little itsy-bitsy nails that were already stuck in there that I couldn’t get out. I could not find nails small enough to fit (they would need to be more like a needle than a nail) and there was no included hardware, so there was no way to hang it. There was also no backing. I had to do a lot of customization with clear packing tape and command strips to figure out a way to hang it and keep parchment inside before giving it to the recipient. I almost didn’t gift it but ran out of time to buy something else.

The appearance was fine—it was lightweight and looked similar to the photo.

Beautiful Mezuzah, Difficult to Mount

We unfortunately broke the acrylic while trying to mount using the included nails.
