Such a disappointment with the service.

What can I say. I ended up cancelling my order when I discovered it wasn’t sent when the owner said it was sent. She tried to blame it on the post office. They finally sent it the day after I canceled it. I found out the truth of when it was actually sent when they sent a message saying it was on the way. I filed with PayPal for a refund because I couldn’t believe anything they said. When they got the notification of my filing she wrote she would contest it. She obviously has been filed on often because she waited until the last minute to file which gave me no time to respond. She won by only sending the shipping label. I now am stuck with the products that can’t be used for a year. I don’t trust them to send me my refund. Be warned. Don’t buy from them. I never will again.
