Founded in Chicago in 2023, Mamaleh is a jewelry and objects line with a Jewish and Yiddish point of view, and the Yiddish is not decoration. It is the whole voice. The brand is for the ones who get farputzed to get the paper, and the sign-off on every order is an invitation: welcome to the mishpocha.

The collection runs from bubble-letter Yiddish word necklaces to layered Jewish stars, charms, beaded bracelets, mahjong pieces, stickers and art prints. It is nostalgic without being precious, and funny without turning the culture into a punchline, which is a harder line to walk than it looks. The women-owned label has been featured in Hey Alma, My Jewish Learning, Kveller, PureWow, Oprah Daily, Haaretz, Jewish Unpacked and JUF Chicago Magazine.
