Love adding a quality sweater to my Hanukkah collection!

I love my new sweater; however it’s not reversible as advertised. It runs large, but it’s truly comfortable and gets tons of compliments.
Costumer service could have been better as well, but that’s a seperate issue. Overall, I’m happy with the purchases and would have given more stars if it was reversible as advertised and better customer service/communication regarding return (exchange).

I had bought the sweater for myself in a size small and it was made for a much taller person. I ended up giving it to my 5’7” granddaughter which was perfect anyway.
