Laura Cowan trained in silversmithing and Jewelry at London Guildhall University before moving to Israel, where she now creates some of the most distinctive Judaica in the world. Her Seder plates draw inspiration from the natural world and the space age - the craters of the moon, the sweeping dunes of the Sinai desert - and translate those references into minimalist, sculptural metalwork with deep Jewish meaning baked in.
