kate spade new york launched in January 1993, when Kate and Andy Spade, together with Elyce Arons and Pamela Bell, introduced a small line of handbags that filled a gap in the American market. The brand grew from bags into clothing, accessories and, in 2007, a home collection.
That tabletop eye carries into its Judaica. The Oak Street collection gives Shabbat and the holidays a crisp, modern look in porcelain and ceramic: kiddush cups, Shabbat candlesticks, seder plates, a matzah plate, a honey jar, a menorah and a dreidel. They make an easy, recognizable gift for a wedding, a new home or a host who already loves the brand.
