Description
The Hebrew word chai translates to life, and wearing it is one of the most personal statements you can make in fine jewelry. The Hebrew Chai Baguette Diamond Ring from Izakov Fine Jewelry brings that ancient symbol into a refined, modern form: the iconic Hebrew characters outlined in baguette-cut diamonds on a sleek 14k gold band that is subtle enough for everyday wear and significant enough to mean something every time you glance at it.
Baguette diamonds have a step-cut brilliance that is different from round stones: cleaner, more architectural, with a flash of light that moves in rectangular planes. That quality makes the Hebrew letterforms on the Hebrew Chai Baguette Diamond Ring look precise and intentional rather than decorative, reinforcing the gravity of the symbol itself. The slim band keeps the silhouette streamlined so the ring stacks beautifully alongside others or stands on its own as a quiet declaration of faith and identity rooted in Hebrew tradition.

Izakov Fine Jewelry is the Miami line of Roy and Ofir Izakov, a Jewish Israeli-American couple who design their collections together. At ModernTribe that means Star of David necklaces, rings and earrings, Hebrew Chai pieces, Ema necklaces and bracelets, and personalized Hebrew initial jewelry, made in Miami in solid 14k gold, much of it set with diamonds.
The diamonds came first. The family business began in Dallas in 1973 with the goal of becoming one of the country's leading diamond importers and wholesalers, and by the 1990s it was supplying diamonds to major big-box chains. The family also pioneered a solid star-shaped diamond that was set in championship rings for professional sports teams. Roy and Ofir, the second generation, moved the business from supplying stores and jewelers to selling finished pieces directly to customers.
Judaica and Hebrew jewelry is one of their specialties, and it shows in the details: baguette-set Chai rings, a diamond outline of the Land of Israel, a gold baby safety pin hung with Jewish charms. Both served in the Israel Defense Forces, and a portion of each purchase goes to nonprofits, including Israeli causes.
