Description

Adorn your Sukkot holiday table with our delicious marzipan place cards, beautifully scripted with “Happy Sukkot." We then handpaint each one with our rendition of the lulav, etrog, hadassim (myrtle branches), and aravot (willow branches). Inspired by the beauty of the sukkah, these edible place cards will bring sweetness and warmth to every plate. Perfect for festive sukkah meals, elegant hostess gifts, and tablescapes that reflect the joy of the holiday.

What you will get: A gift box with 10 Happy Sukkot square place setting cards painted with the Arba Minim (Four Species) of the holiday.

Dimensions: Each square is approximately 1.5" (3.4 cm) in diameter and 1/4" (6.4 mm) thick.

Kosher Certification: Certified kosher parve by the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc)

Ingredients: Marzipan, which contains almonds (a tree nut). Each piece is made with sugar, almonds, water, preservatives, and approved food coloring. While the treats are vegan and contain no gluten, they are made in a commercial kitchen where they may come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, sesame, seeds, corn, soy, peanuts, and other tree nuts

Hand-sculpted marzipan candy

Marzipops is the marzipan candy company of Dahlia Weinman, who launched it in 2014 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Her background is an unusual mix: a yeshiva education, a Harvard MBA, earlier work in finance, publishing and marketing, and ten years as a cake designer.

The cakes led to the candy. Custom cakes were hard to scale, she has explained, but customers kept asking for the marzipan toppers, so she pivoted from cakes to candy. The first commercial product was a marzipan matzah lollipop for Passover, which is where the name comes from. The line has since grown past lollipops to more than 200 designs.

Everything is designed and sculpted by hand to order in Ann Arbor, and it is all vegan and certified kosher parve by the Chicago Rabbinical Council. The humor is the point: punny mahjong tiles, Hanukkah conversation tiles, paint-your-own dreidels, marzipan sufganiyot and pizza bagels, baby-naming onesie tiles, and Shabbat and holiday place cards that double as dessert.
