Glitter gets everywhere

I am very disappointed with my purchase of these lights. The glitter on the outside of the dreidels comes off and makes a mess everywhere. The glitter comes off when you touch it, brush up against it, or even take it out of the package. In addition, when the light are plugged in and turn on, they are milky looking. Just was not what I was expecting at all. And if I want to return it- which I do, I have to pay $10 for shipping.... very dissatisfied.
