Description

Most Hanukkah cards fit in an envelope and call it a day. This one unfolds into a banner more than three feet long!

The Elegant Happy Hanukkah Long Card opens accordion-style into a standing display packed with holiday detail, from glowing menorahs to spinning dreidels, spelling out "Happy Hanukkah" across your mantel, table, or windowsill. It works as a card and a decoration at the same time, so the wish sticks around for the whole holiday instead of getting tucked in a drawer.

Send it to someone you can't celebrate with in person and give them a piece of the holiday to set out at home, or hand it to the friend who goes all in on decorating for every occasion. However it lands, it earns its spot on the shelf long after the last candle burns down.

  • Accordion-style card that expands into a free-standing Hanukkah banner
  • Illustrated with festive details throughout, from menorahs to dreidels
  • Card size: 40" x 7" fully stretched out, and 28" x 7" x 3.5" deep as a typical display
  • Folds flat into a 5" wide by 7" long envelope for easy sending

Pop-up paper cards

Rose and Wise met at the Webb Institute, a naval engineering school, and reconnected at Harvard Business School. On a school trip to Vietnam they discovered kirigami, the art of intricately cut and folded paper, and paired it with the slice-form techniques used to design ships. The result is a card that opens into a small paper sculpture. The Boston company pitched on Shark Tank in 2015 and won investment from Kevin O'Leary, and it now makes pop-up bouquets, light-up cards and more. ModernTribe carries its Hanukkah cards: a gold menorah pop-up, a Menorah Lights pop-up and a Happy Hanukkah card that unfolds into a banner more than three feet long.
