Hand-Painted Song of Songs Original Ketubah by Mickie Caspi
Description
The Song of Songs Ketubah is not a print, not a reproduction, and not something that will ever exist again in quite the same way. It is a one-of-a-kind, hand-drawn and hand-painted watercolor illumination created entirely by Mickie Caspi on archival Strathmore paper.
Every vine, every bloom, every bird is painted by hand. A circular wreath of flourishing vines and singing birds surrounds the sacred space for your vows, while biblical verses from Shir HaShirim are meticulously hand calligraphed, embracing the design with lyrical movement and intention. The calligraphy is not a digital font layered over artwork. It is done by Mickie’s own hand, line by line, with the kind of precision and care that only decades of experience can produce.
Choosing a ketubah is often the first artistic decision a couple makes together. An original like this carries weight. It requires time, focus, and Mickie’s full, undivided attention to your specific text and requests. That is why it stands apart from offset lithographs or giclée prints. This is a true original watercolor, created for you, and meant to live in your home as both sacred document and fine art.
The limited edition lithograph of this design is no longer available. This version exists only as an original painting. When it is gone, it is gone.
