Craft
Hebrew blessing wall art

The Verse started at a Shabbat table in Jerusalem. Asher and Ruthie Abraham wanted to fill the walls of their new apartment with art that felt both meaningful and modern and matched their colorful home. When they couldn't find it, they made it, and turned it into a small, family-run business.

The work draws on the Torah, Psalms, Proverbs and traditional Jewish blessings, lettered in Hebrew with a colorful design sense: Birkat Habayit home blessings, the Shema and Modeh Ani, Eshet Chayil, Asher Yatzar, and verses from Song of Songs. Pieces are made to order, including personalized blessings for sons and daughters, Alef Bet nursery prints and framed options, and the family donates 10% of net profits to Jewish charities.
