Unlike any other mandel bread on the market, Michael’s is soft, cookie-like, uniquely flavorful, and curated with love and care. It is not a cookie. It is not a cake. It is in a league of its own. You will receive three loaves. Each loaf contains 12 pieces and is loaded with chocolate chips, enveloped by a soft cookie-like texture.

Mandel bread has always been a part of Michael’s life. While he adores all baked goods, the traditional “double baked” mandel bread that he grew up eating, fit with its crusty and often hard exterior, didn’t quite do it for Michael. With a little love, and tinkering through the years, Michael perfected his secret recipe to create the perfect Mandel bread. 

1 loaf consists of 12 pieces. Each loaf is 10.5” in length, 5.25” in width and 1.75” in height. Michael's Mandel Bread is not certified kosher but made from kosher ingredients. It is nut-free. Arrives fresh, freezes well.
