Hanukkah hanging countdown

When I opened the box and took out the item I was extremely disappointed. Through the clear plastic wrap I saw the candles. They were a poor quality and quite unattractive. I did not give these items as gifts that I intended to. Since there was no packing slip or instructions on how to return the items I figured it was my loss. The picture on your website looked a lot better than the items in person. I will never buy anything from your website again and am deleting it from my phone/computer.
