Customer Service Manager

ModernTribe is seeking a Customer Service Manager. The position is hourly, 20-40 hours per week depending on the season. Flexibility to work from home anywhere in the US. We are a fast growing company and there is potential for the role to grow as we do. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, patient, responsive, a quick learner and positive.

Role includes:

  • Answers customer emails, chat and phone
  • Must have experience in customer service or sales
  • Adding in new products
  • Making sure orders are sent
  • Knowledge of Judaica a plus
  • Knowledge of Gorgias a plus
  • Knowledge of Shopify a plus
