ModernTribe is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager. The position is hourly, 5-30 hours per week depending on the season. Flexibility to work from home anywhere in the US. We are a fast growing company and there is potential for the role to grow as we do. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, responsive, a quick learner and positive.
- Process drop-shop orders and work directly with vendors
- Answer customer emails, chat and phone
- Product ideation
- Process returns
- Blog post writing
- Support in marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of Judaica a plus
- Knowledge of Shopify a plus
- Graphic design skills a plus
