  • If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us within 30 calendar days of receipt and we'll be happy to issue a refund.
  • NEW: We now extending our return policy and allowing returns for store credit for returns after 30 calendar days but before 60 days of receipt of items.
  • If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 10 calendar days of receipt and we will issue you a paid return postage label.
  • Special Order Items and Personalized Items are final sale and cannot be returned unless an item is damaged or defective.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, please ensure the item is new, unused, and with all its parts, accessories, and packaging in order to receive full credit.
  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  • Enclose the original packing slip with the item.
  • We recommend packages valued $50+ be shipped with tracking and insurance.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form as the original payment or a store credit within 5 business days of us receiving your returned item.
  • You will be refunded for the purchase price of the items returned. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the return is for a damaged or defective item or item received in error.
  • Yes! We will gladly exchange a gift or give your gift recipient a store credit.
