When one thinks of Rosh HaShanah or the Jewish New Year, perhaps what comes to mind first if the Shofar, the ram's horn that is blown in the synagogue each year as a spiritual wake up call. A traditional ritual to accompany the wish for a good and sweet year, is to eat apple slices that are dipped into honey. Here is Rosefsky's interpretation of a special Rosh HaShanah apple made up of many Shofars with the honey jar and stick being its unique stem.
