Disappointing Customer Relations

I ordered this piece last year and initially, it arrived looking not like the photo. The knots on either side were missing. Modern Tribe was really cavalier about my disappointment … Not one “sorry.” It was as though my wanting what I ordered was a pain in the neck inconvenience. I was finally able to send back the piece and receive it as it should have been. I like it very much and have seen other great items show up on Instagram, but would never again chance ordering from them after that disappointing customer service.
