Said to press a button to get it to work, but there was no button. When plugged in all lights glowed, but there was no method for lighting one candle at a time or using it any other way. Believe it was a defective gift.
Hi Debra- the power button is on the bottom left side of the menorah. Is yours missing a power button?

I wanted an electric menorah to put in my window. This is a beautiful and classy menorah. I wish it were a little bigger for the window but I think it’s meant to be for indoor use. Classic lines and small led lights.

It looks great! The illumination options are nice because I can use it all month. Also a lot easier, safer and cleaner tan having to burn real candles.
