The 4 Wildflower Varietal Honey Flight includes four of the following varietals: New York Basswood, Maine Wild Raspberry, California Wild Black Sage, Colorado Sweet Yellow Clover.

    • Hamlin, New York Basswood Honey is light in color, delicate and mild. This single-varietal honey features warm herbal notes and a clean finish.
    • Maine Wild Raspberry honey Maine is light and floral with a raspberry finish, intertwined with the aroma of cocoa butter. Mellow and smooth on the palate.  
    • Wild Black Sage honey from Dos Palos, California, is mild with a mouth-warming hint of pepper and a smooth clean finish.
    • Sweet Yellow Clover honey is sweet and buttery at first taste, followed by warm undertones of cinnamon and nutmeg.
